TonePros is a guitar parts manufacturing company with patented products, impressive artists, and products on the world's most popular guitars.

Challenge:
With artists loving their products, and manufacturers loving the unique selling point at no extra cost, TonePros went from a coffee table idea to equipping more than 40,000 guitars per month in a few short years. Yet, TonePros was growing so rapidly that its infrastructure was unable to keep up. Their billing system was inadequate, their website was barren, and their marketing was minimal. They needed photos of every product, but with every product being highly shiny and reflective, this proved to be a big challenge.
Solution:
As growth was so rapid, there was a serious lack of organization, documentation, and logistics. First job was to update the word document invoices to a proper accounting system with Quickbooks. This required creating the first product list, pricing list, and proper inventory tracking. With this new product list, we took proper product photos with professional equipment for each part, granting us the ability to advertise our products directly and create visual consistency across our partners. Finally, with new product photos and product lists, we could create compelling marketing materials that were reflective of the size and scope of the growing company. With all this done, we were able to not only handle explosive growth, but to prototype new products as well.
